WayMaker International is a UK registered charity committed to making a way where there is no way. We work alongside trusted local leaders, organisations, and communities to bring practical help, dignity, hope, and lasting transformation to some of the world’s most vulnerable people. Whether supporting education, healthcare, community development, leadership, or emergency relief, our focus is simple: build genuine partnerships, empower local people, and create sustainable solutions that continue changing lives long after we have gone.

We value relationships above all else. Before we support a project or receive a gift, we seek to build genuine friendships based on trust, shared purpose, and mutual respect. We believe lasting impact is created when people journey together, making a way where there is no way. Friendship is not part of what we do, it is the foundation of how we do it.
GENEROSITY
We believe there are sufficient resources in our world for everyone to live with dignity, opportunity, and hope. Yet we recognise that we do not live in a balanced world, and that wealth and resources are often concentrated in the hands of a few. We therefore believe those with more have both the opportunity and responsibility to be generous towards those with less, helping create a fairer, more compassionate world for all.
JUSTICE
We believe in justice for all and are committed to helping balance an unbalanced world. We seek to create opportunities, challenge inequality, and stand against discrimination wherever we work. Our desire is to help level the playing field so that every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and purpose.
SUSTAINABILITY
While charity is often essential, we recognise that it can sometimes create dependency rather than long-term change. Wherever possible, WayMaker is committed to supporting projects that become self-sustaining, empowering individuals and communities to thrive independently long after our initial support and funding have ended.

We value transparency in everything we do and expect the same from those we work with. We are committed to openness, honesty, and accountability in all our relationships and activities, and we require clear financial transparency from partners, beneficiaries, project leaders, and managers. Meet the Trustees
WayMaker is overseen by a committed board of trustees who bring experience, wisdom and accountability to the charity. Their role is to protect the vision, ensure good stewardship of funds, review charitable activity and make sure WayMaker remains faithful to its purpose of making a way where there is no way.
Our trustees serve with integrity, independence and a shared commitment to the people and communities WayMaker supports. They help ensure that funds are used wisely, partnerships are carefully considered, and every project reflects both compassion and responsibility.
Andy Robinson
Andy is the founder of WayMaker International and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in church ministry, charitable work, and international partnership. He is passionate about making a way where there is no way by building trusted relationships, empowering local leaders, and creating sustainable solutions that bring hope and lasting transformation to vulnerable communities.

With nearly 30 years of senior financial and commercial leadership experience across multiple sectors, Ian brings strategic insight, governance expertise, and hands-on experience in business growth, transformation, acquisitions, and organisational development, helping WayMaker maintain strong foundations for sustainable impact.

Jon Brydon
Jon brings extensive experience in financial planning and advisory services, alongside safeguarding expertise gained through his work in law enforcement and local government. He provides WayMaker with valuable insight into governance, financial stewardship, risk management, and long-term sustainability.

Nick Tasquier
Nick brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services and business leadership. As founder of Redwood Financial, he is passionate about providing trusted advice, building strong relationships, and helping people make wise financial decisions. He provides WayMaker with valuable insight into governance, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organisational growth.

Graham Pyman
Graham brings many years of leadership experience in church ministry, charity governance, fostering, and community engagement. As a church leader, charity director, foster carer, and former school governor, he provides WayMaker with valuable insight into pastoral care, safeguarding, leadership development, and serving vulnerable individuals and families with compassion and integrity.

Peter Robinson
Peter is Andy’s dad and a key inspiration behind his faith and heart for the underdog. With over 50 years of senior-level experience in the non-profit sector, Peter brings a deep well of wisdom, insight, and perspective to the WayMaker board. His lifelong commitment to serving others and championing the overlooked continues to shape the values and vision at the heart of WayMaker.
