  • Andy Robinson

    Andy is the driving force of WayMaker, bringing vision, energy, and deep compassion to everything the charity does. With a background in church leadership, international mission, and community development, he combines strategic thinking with a heart for people. Andy’s passion is to see lasting change where it’s needed most, and he leads WayMaker with a strong sense of purpose, faith, and hope for the future.

  • Ian Little

    Ian is an experienced commercial CFO and COO, with a strong track record of working alongside entrepreneurial business owners to drive growth and long-term success. His strategic insight, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership bring valuable strength to the team. Ian is passionate about seeing organisations thrive and is committed to using his expertise to help WayMaker grow in impact and sustainability.

  • Graham Pyman

    Graham brings a wealth of experience to the WayMaker board as a church pastor, charity director, foster carer, and school governor. With a heart for community and a passion for seeing lives transformed, he offers both pastoral insight and practical leadership. Graham’s deep commitment to social impact and long-standing involvement in local and global mission make him a trusted voice and valued member of the team.

  • Nick Tasquier

    Nick brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services and retail sectors, with a strong background in operations, business development, and executive coaching. As Director of People and Culture at Redwood Financial, he is passionate about building healthy teams and helping people thrive. Nick’s blend of commercial expertise, people skills, and heart for positive change makes him a key asset to the WayMaker board.

    Jon is an experienced financial advisor and a graduate of The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Before entering the financial sector, he served for many years in law enforcement and specialised in safeguarding children. Jon brings a strong sense of integrity, wisdom, and care to the WayMaker board, combining professional expertise with a deep commitment to protecting and empowering vulnerable communities.

    Peter is Andy’s dad and a key inspiration behind his faith and heart for the underdog. With over 50 years of senior-level experience in the non-profit sector, Peter brings a deep well of wisdom, insight, and perspective to the WayMaker board. His lifelong commitment to serving others and championing the overlooked continues to shape the values and vision at the heart of WayMaker.
